When you purchase a license, we collect your name and email address to issue and deliver your license key. Payment processing is handled by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store your card details.
When the Silent Disco WiFi software validates your license, it sends your license key and a machine identifier to our servers. No audio, content, or personal data from your event is transmitted.
We use your email to send your license key and renewal reminders. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Silent Disco WiFi operates entirely on your local WiFi network. Patron devices connect to your local server — no patron audio, listening data, or device identifiers leave your venue's network or reach our servers.
This website uses only a session cookie to maintain your logged-in state during the purchase flow. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
License records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days for support purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us.
